Alphaview focuses on the development of management and control software, designed ideally for infrastructure management and control solutions in the satellite, VSAT, broadcast, wireless and marine markets.
Our mission is to develop an monitoring & control software platform which will enable system integrators, OEMs, and technically competant operators to use
XPRESS to build a cost effective and integrated network management system for their projects, equipment or entire network.
Our suite of XPRESS professional services:
Planning & design
Alphaview project team analyzes and develops installation and/or migration plans for your hardware and software systems, including specialized hardware devices such as modems, transceivers, power amplifiers, etc. We develop plans that assist you with hardware assessment, capacity planning, meeting performance requirements, installation and operation. Our designs can be used as the basis for a successful implementation of
XPRESS.
Project management
Alphaview will assign a project manager who is responsible for the successful installation of
XPRESS. The project manager will schedule and coordinate the logistics for regular meetings between the customer and other members of the project team to review the status of the project and address project related issues insuring timely resolution of project issues. Our project plans include a formal change control process and a final acceptance test plan insuring a successful implementation of the project for our customer.
Installation
Alphaview support and implementation team can deliver complete
XPRESS installation services. These services include:
• Loading the
XPRESS software on the customer's server
• Configuring the
XPRESS software with site-specific network and device information
• Performing an initial network discovery of all objects on the network
• Validating the proper operation of the
XPRESS system in the customer's environment
• An initial operator familiarization tour of the
XPRESS software in operation.
Device Driver development
Alphaview has the capability to develop device drivers for customer specific devices that do not have SNMP agents.
Custom application development
Alphaview has the capability to custom applications to assist our customers in managing unique products, networks or network-based services.
On-going network troubleshooting
Alphaview experienced technical staff is available to assist our customers in troubleshooting and resolving network related problems.
Consulting
Alphaview engineering staff is available to provide consulting support to our customers for any specific project relating to the management of their network and related network objects. Our fees are on a time and materials basis.
